The conference will take place in a beautiful area of western Germany. The Lachen Gästehäuser are located in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse, approx. 35 km from Mannheim and 120 km from Frankfurt.
The retreat center is run by the German Protestant Church and offers great facilities. Accommodations include single, double and multiple bed rooms, either with or without private bathrooms. Campers and tents can also be accommodated on the grounds. All meals are provided. The grounds offer children’s play areas, area for bonfire, volleyball, basketball, football, bicycle rental, and an indoor swimming pool.

Because this is a new event, we want as many churches as possible to be able to experience it. Therefore we are setting a limit of 15 adults per church until 2 May. If more than 15 from your church have registered when you register, we will let you know and put you on a first-come first-served waiting list. We will keep you updated on your registration status.

Rodney Woo is Senior Pastor of the International Baptist Church in Singapore, a church with 54 different nations and 121 different ethnicities represented. Before his call to Singapore, he was the senior pastor of Wilcrest Baptist Church in Houston, Texas, and a professor at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (SWBTS) and Houston Baptist University and Liberty Baptist Seminary as an Assistant Professor.
Rodney wrote The Color of Church: A Biblical and Practical Paradigm for Multiracial Churches. In this thought-provoking book, he establishes a biblical foundation for multiracial ministry, provides a clear picture of the current reality of the relationship amongst the races in our society and churches, and offers practical guidance to help implement multiethnic ministry.

Our worship times will be vibrant and varied with music led by individuals and team from our IBC churches.
In the mornings the children will enjoy a biblically based program. Led by a team of trained volunteers, the children´s program provides Bible learning, music, recreation, excellent care, and activities for children from infants through age 11.
The conference will begin on Thursday, 3 August, with dinner at 6pm, and will continue through lunch on Sunday, 6 August. The schedule will feature mornings full of worship and seminars for adults and teenagers as well as a program for children. Afternoons and evenings offer a relaxed time to sightsee, enjoy recreation, or connect with others.
