BY TRAIN – NEW! UPDATED INFORMATION!
To Herborn train station (Dillkreis). Coming from Frankfurt take an RB40 or RE99 to the station Herborn (Dillkreis).  All other Herborn stations are bus stations and are no use for the train ride.

Rehe recommends to use Minicar DILL (which is like a taxi service) to travel from the train station to the conference center.  On weekends the bus service is very limited. Once you know your train arrival time, reserve a Minicar by visiting their website:  www.mincar-herborn.de. Rehe has a special price of 36€ set up with them.  This reserved Minicar will be waiting for you at your time of arrival. (Please take note and do not get in a regular metered taxi!).  If you know of others arriving at the same time, you can share a Minicar.

BY PLANE (Frankfurt Main Airport FRA)
Take a local train (S-Bahn) from the regional train station at the airport to Frankfurt main train station (Hauptbahnhof). This will be either S8 or S9 going in the direction of Hanau. This train runs regularly and takes approx. 10 minutes.

Take a regional train from Frankfurt main train station to Herborn (Dillkreis) train station. See instructions under BY TRAIN for more information on getting from the train station to the conference center.

There are several websites to look at:

RMV.DE – Tickets – overview

Cheap Train Tickets | Timetables for Germany & Europe – Deutsche Bahn

There is a ticket/information centre at the airport’s regional train station. You can get timetable information and buy tickets there. The cost for round trip tickets should be max. EUR 40. If there are several of you travelling together, ask about group tickets.
