When we put into place the independent ideas to celebrate 20 years on the coast, we were excited about the different outcomes. Starting with the special service on 9 October, that was led by Jimmy Martin, we showed a small video from Don Spence who was the pastor who started the church and who now lives in South Africa. The sanctuary was full of well-wishers and supporters, returning visitors, and good friends.

The second event had been a long time in the planning, as we welcomed back the Irish Arts Group who had supported the church last year with their popular style of music and song.  The CIBC music team joined the group for a memorable evening.

Our final event was an evening meal, a special time of reflection, song and prayers that was shared by 40 people who were or had been involved with the church over the 20 years.
