Sightseeing
Palermo is Sicily’s cultural and tourism capital. It is a city rich in history, culture, art, architecture, music, and food. Palermo is also the main location of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Arab-Norman Palermo and the Cathedral Churches of Cefalu and Monreale.
Nearby Cefalu is a marvelous medieval village, situated above a promontory overlooking the Mediterranean. Located between the Madonie and the sea, it is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy with is tiny streets from which offer you nice views. It is famous for its Norman Cathedral (part of the UNESCO World Heritage site).
