New Registration Process, starting 30 January:

For those registering from now on, please find your own accommodation (all meals, except the banquet on the Saturday night, is also your own responsibility). You will be charged the conference fee only (unless you qualify for a scholarship):

Conference cost only, child (2-11 years): €59
Conference cost only, child (2-11 years): €103

Information for those who have already booked before the 29th of January

The conference cost includes 4 nights accommodation with breakfast (Friday to Monday nights), dinner on Saturday evening, and a group tour on Saturday afternoon.

Scholarship* couple: €425
Scholarship* individual: €260
Full price couple: €625
Full price individual: €455

*Maximum two scholarships per IBC church, one for a staff couple/single and one for a volunteer leader couple/single.

For information on booking additional nights before or after the conference, please contact the Hotel directly and make sure they offer you the following rates:

Individual per night: €81, Couple (or 2 persons sharing) per night €90. Breakfast should be included.
