Are babies & children invited to come to the conference?

No, we are so sorry but this conference is designed for women only. Teenage girls 15 and over are welcome.

Are husbands invited to come to the conference?

No, this conference is designed for women only.

Can I pay for the conference after arriving?

Payment is due before coming to the conference either by bank transfer or credit card via PayPal.

Your registration is not complete until you have paid. Please make your payment within two weeks of registration, and before the conference begins.

What methods of payment can I use to pay my conference fee?

Bank transfer and credit card via Paypal are the forms of payment available. Individuals can pay by credit card via Paypal provided during the registration process (please note that IBC has to pay a fee on each Paypal transaction and so bank transfer is preferred, where possible).

Will someone meet me at the airport?

The hotel provides a shuttle service from the airport. You should contact them with your arrival time to arrange this.

Will there be simultaneous translation of the speaker into other languages?

No, the conference sessions will be in English only.

What drinks are provided?

Coffee, tea, and water will be provided during each break. Each of our meals will either have hot or cold drinks.

I have food allergies. Can these be accommodated?

It is possible that the hotel kitchen could provide alternate food choices for those with food allergies, but only if requested in advance. Please let us know when you register if you have such a request.

Is there an Internet connection available at the hotel?

Yes. There is a FREE WiFi connection available, but sometimes the quality of the internet is not the best.

How do I book extra nights?

Please mark that you would like to book an additional night when you register and make your payment right away to secure a room. Please see the pricing page for information about the cost.

Is there an option to not pay for our meals?

No. The conference is all-inclusive.

I am not able to stay for lunch on Sunday, will a boxed lunch be provided/optional?

Yes, the hotel will be able to prepare packed lunches, just let us know on your registration form.

Can I cancel my registration for the conference?

CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds are not available due to the conference center’s cancellation policy, however payments may be transferred to another conference participant.
