Are babies & children invited to come to the conference?
No, we are so sorry but this conference is designed for women only. Teenage girls 16 and over are welcome.
Are husbands invited to come to the conference?
Can I pay for the conference after arriving?
Payment is due before coming to the conference either by bank transfer or credit card via PayPal.
Your registration is not complete until you have paid. Please make your payment within two weeks of registration, and before the conference begins.
What methods of payment can I use to pay my conference fee?
Bank transfer and credit card via Paypal are the forms of payment available. Individuals can pay by credit card via Paypal provided during the registration process (please note that IBC has to pay a fee on each Paypal transaction and so bank transfer is preferred, where possible).

Will someone meet me at the airport?
We are unable to provide individual pickup from the airport. We are looking into the possibility of a charter bus hire. If you are flying into the Frankfurt airport and would be interested in that, please indicate that in the appropriate space on the registration form. We will then contact you directly with further information as it is available.
Will there be simultaneous translation of the speaker into other languages?
What drinks are provided?
Other than meal times, there will be one coffee/tea break provided on Saturday morning. You are welcome to bring your own bottle to fill with water to have with you during the day.

I have food allergies. Can these be accommodated?
Gluten and lactose free options are available. There is an additional cost for these meals.
Is there an Internet connection available at the conference center?
Yes. There is a FREE WiFi connection available, but sometimes the quality of the internet is not the best.
How do I book extra nights?
Please mark that you would like to book an additional night when you register and make your payment right away to secure a room. Please see the cost and registration page for information about the cost.
Is there an option to not pay for our meals?
I am not able to stay for lunch on Sunday, will a boxed lunch be provided/optional?
Yes, the conference center will be able to prepare packed lunches, just let us know on your registration form.
