Culture Trumps Strategy.  So often the best laid plans fail because the leadership has not developed a liberating culture for leaders within their churches.  Our CORE Groups are made up of a maximum of 8 people who meet every other week to look at godly principles that should guide how they lead themselves and others.  We will use a set of visual “Tools” from GiANT Worldwide that focus on knowing and leading yourself well, so you can lead others well.  The goal is to help you create and maintain a liberating and empowering culture in all your circles of influence.  Please use the form below to get in touch with Kristian Bak for more information.
