This weekend conference encourages men in their unique calling as leaders in the home and the church. The time includes daily seminars on topics such as marriage, family, and discipleship. Count on evening worship services with music from convention musicians and sermons, and free time to fellowship, ski or relax.

A different keynote speaker ministers to participants each year and break out sessions give time to discuss various topics related to life in ministry. The conference venue changes each year, so it is a great opportunity to see a new part of the world.

There is something special about spending focused time with ladies who go to international churches. Women from all around the world gather to worship the Lord in singing and prayer, to listen to biblical teaching, to engage in meaningful fellowship, and to relax for a weekend. We share our hurts, struggles, and tears, but also our joys, hugs, and laughter! This conference offers solid Christ-centered teaching, great music, and fun activities to bond with other women.

The Annual Convention Meeting is the IBC’s family business meeting held in the autumn of each year. We encourage all of our member churches, and those considering joining the IBC, to send their pastors and church leaders to take part in this special three-day event. When we gather, we celebrate God’s faithfulness in building his world-wide church. It is a time to look back at what God has done and anticipate what He will do in and through His people in the future. It is also a time to decide on important decisions impacting the convention in the coming year. The venue and the theme change each year which mean that each meeting is a special event you won’t want to miss!
