Rodney Woo is Senior Pastor of the International Baptist Church in Singapore, a church with 54 different nations and 121 different ethnicities represented, where he has served for the past 14 years. Before his call to Singapore, he was a senior pastor  in Houston, Texas, and a professor at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Houston Baptist University and Liberty Baptist Seminary. Rodney wrote The Color of Church: A Biblical and Practical Paradigm for Multiracial Churches. In this thought-provoking book, he establishes a biblical foundation for multiracial ministry, provides a clear picture of the current reality of the relationship amongst the races in our society and churches, and offers practical guidance to help implement multi-ethnic ministry.  He takes the reader step-by-step through the multiracial transformation of a congregation.

Rodney was also the speaker for the IBC’s Connect Family Conference in 2017.
