Registration is a simple 4-step process:

1. Complete form below and click Add to Cart.
2. Add additional registrations or click on View Cart. To delete something in your cart, click on the small ‘x’ on the left-hand side. 
3. Review your registration information and click Proceed to Checkout.
4. Complete your billing information and click Place Order. If paying by Paypal, you will be taken to the Paypal website

Complete! You will receive an email confirming your registration and containing payment information if needed. If you do NOT receive an email (check your spam mail also), the registration was not completed. Go back and check your shopping cart. Start from step 3 again.
